‘What’s a thaumatrope?’ I hear you cry! A thamatrope is a Victorian novelty – two pictures on opposite sides of a piece of paper appear to merge together into one image when the paper is twisted rapidly. Fascinating stuff. We will show you how to create one and you can make your own with any pictures that you would like.
