An exciting opportunity to join our team has arisen, helping to shape the future of the Brickworks Museum based at Swanwick near Southampton. We are recruiting for a part-time Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our team at the Museum. Join our friendly crew and help to preserve the history of brickmaking in Britain for another 125 years. About the role:
Hours – 12 hours per week
Rate – £12 per hour
Responsibilities – As a Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for attracting, training, and supporting the volunteers whose varied skills and experience make the museum an informative and fun experience for its many visitors each year.
To succeed you will need to be a people person, a skilled communicator with great administration and organisational skills. Previous experience in volunteer management and working with vulnerable people desirable.
