The Museum is now closed for the winter months and will be open again in March 2026.

Our history and collections are at the heart of what we do. They tell the important stories of the people who worked here and what life was like. As the only steam driven brickworks in the UK, our museum is Accredited and holds collections recognised as being of national importance.

The Museum offers an exciting range of Educational workshops supporting the Schools National Curriculum and a wealth of experience working with people of all ages and abilities.  We are ready to welcome you to the museum and we are taking bookings for School and group visits.
