It has been a huge disappointment that we were not able to run our Beer Festival this year. However, we are going to be working hard to ensure that we can run it in May 2021 – complete with souvenir glasses dated 2020 owing to us having bought them before Covid-19 intercepted the event.
We have taken the decision to refund tickets rather than try to keep them valid for 2021. It was just too difficult to control numbers and we can’t go over the strict 500 people limit dictated by our license.
We have a deadline for refunds of the 31st December 2020. You can email us at info@thebrickworksmuseum.org with details of your ticket number(s) and where you would like the money refunded to. We are trying to use BACS where at all possible.
If you would like to donate the cost of your ticket to the museum that would be fantastic. We still need details of ticket numbers though so please do send us an email.
